Please note that USPS will be used as our shipping service, thus we cannot ship to the following countries listed here. Orders from these countries will be subject to refund.

Refund and Returns Policy
Rhapsody assumes no responsibility of lost/damaged packages due to mistakes of the carrier. However, replacements can be provided in the case of:
- Wrong bundle,
- Missing items,
- Defective product due to errors in merch grading (misprints, incomplete product, etc),
Refunds and replacements will not be provided in the case of:
- Package loss due to errors on the carrier side,
- Weather damage,
- Broken product due to mishandling of the package,
- General damage due to shipping mishandling,
- Refunds requested after the cutoff date,
- Package loss due to incorrect/incomplete address provided,
Please contact us with a video or photo of the unboxing to be eligible to be considered for a refund or replacement. Rhapsody may, without guarantee, provide partial refunds/discounted replacements in the case of package loss/defective merchandise. Full refunds and bundle upgrades/downgrades will be available up until the point of shipping. Rhapsody will send out an email and social media announcement prior to shipping to indicate the final call for any address changes and refunds.
